1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all catering bookings, Bhandara services, food sponsorships, Bhog arrangements, Puja catering, wedding catering, corporate catering and other food services offered under the Jal Prasad brand, operated by Corelea Foods Private Limited.

This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds and related requests may be processed.

2. Cancellation Before Booking Confirmation

Customers may freely cancel enquiries, quotation requests or tentative bookings before making any advance payment.

3. Cancellation After Advance Payment

Once an advance payment or booking amount has been received, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

• More than 15 days before the event: 20% of the advance amount shall be deducted towards administrative, planning and processing expenses.
• Within 15 days of the event: 50% of the advance amount shall be deducted.
• Within 7 days of the event: No refund shall be payable.

4. Catering & Event Commitments

Every catering booking requires advance menu planning, procurement of fresh ingredients, kitchen preparation, manpower allocation, logistics planning and vendor coordination. As the event date approaches, operational costs increase substantially; therefore, refund eligibility decreases accordingly.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be available under the following circumstances:

• Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled event.
• Food preparation or procurement has already commenced.
• Services have already been delivered or substantially performed.
• Customer fails to utilize the booked service.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer causes disruption of services.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, wherever applicable, are generally processed within 7–15 business days after approval. The actual credit timeline depends upon the customer's bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Jal Prasad may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests arising from extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, medical emergencies, force majeure events or unavoidable operational disruptions.

Approval of any exception shall remain entirely at the discretion of Jal Prasad and shall not constitute a precedent for future requests.

8. Return of Food Products

As our services involve freshly prepared food, Bhog, Prasad and other perishable items, returns are generally not accepted once food has been prepared, delivered, served or consumed.
